I'm told that I teach meditation in a practical, accessible way. There is nothing mysterious about it. When we spend time with our minds, noticing things about ourselves, it becomes easier to implement change. We begin to get clarity around who we are, how we behave, how we perceive the people and situations around us, and what is holding us back. As we identify these things, we can begin to work with them.
Mindfulness Meditation helps us to become more present, to develop awareness of what is actually happening in each moment.
There are countless scientific studies proving the effect of meditation on the brain--It structurally changes our brains so that we can actively engage the part of our brains responsible for healthy response.
