Divorce and Grief Support

A number of years ago I went through a particularly traumatic divorce.  (Not that any divorce is a picnic!)  I wish I could say I responded in a healthy way, treating myself with care, but the truth is I fell into some pretty self-destructive habits.  Therapy was helpful for treating the past, but I wish I’d had a coach to help me move forward.

When a major life change occurs, one we’re not prepared for or happy about, we sometimes need a little help to see that there is a future, let alone one we can feel excited about.
